Animal Science Products Announces the Appointment of Serghei Barba as Quality Assurance Manager
Serghei Barba joined Animal Science Products in 2018 to provide seasoned food safety and food engineering expertise in managing the quality assurance and product technical development laboratory. Serghei holds a master’s degree in food engineering from the Technical University of Moldova. His work experiences include QA management in multinational meat and bakery processing operations in compliance with Global Food Safety Initiative programs, as well as government service in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry in Moldova. His laboratory provides protections for chemical, microbiological, and physical food safety by developing, training, and enforcing GMP systems for ASP animal feed and water additives. He also applies chemical and industrial engineering expertise in support of ongoing product development efforts.
