Bailey Reynolds, President of Animal Science Products, has dedicated the last 25 years to ASP, one of the premier feed additive and veterinary product manufacturers in the industry. He has served in numerous capacities on both state and national organizations, each dedicated to the advancement of food quality and safety throughout the world. Bailey spearheads ASP’s mission to deliver safer, higher quality products by personally working with the company’s entire product portfolio in more than 30 countries.
Bailey is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, located in Nacogdoches, Texas, with a degree in Animal Science. He helped found the company in 1985 and his efforts have been instrumental in ASP becoming a global leader in the innovation of feed additives, vaccine stabilizers, and other veterinary products.
Clark Chandler joined the ASP team in 2007. As both Operations Manager and Controller, Clark oversees all production and warehouse operations along with managing ASP’s production methods and processes, and product costing. He has a BBA degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and previously served as the Regional Accounting Manager for Pilgrim’s Pride and Controller for ConAgra Foods.
Michael Kunk is the Chief Financial Officer for Animal Science Products and began with ASP in 2007. A graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, Michael earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, along with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hillsdale College. His accomplishments include earning his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1987. Michael has over 25 years experience as a Manager and Team Leader of organizational, financial and manufacturing management with both private and public companies. For Animal Science Products, Michael leads the functional areas of Finance, Accounting, Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Purchasing and Production.
Kevin Matter, Feed Additive Business Manager, joined Animal Science Products in 1994. He holds a degree in Agribusiness from Stephen F. Austin State University. Among his most significant contributions to ASP is the development and implementation of the ASP Operations Manual while serving as Operations Manager.
Kevin’s previous Agribusiness sales experience includes Texas Farm Products and Allflex USA.
Mark Phillips has been with Animal Science Products since 1991. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, Mark earned a degree in Forestry. Mark has held inside and outside sales positions and his current responsibilities include managing purchasing, safety, and logistics.
Darrell Thornton, Director of MIS and Systems Administrator for Animal Science Products and been with ASP since 2002. As a student of Sam Houston State University, Darrell studied Computer Science. He has 13 years experience in the IT industry, which includes two years as the Systems Engineer with DP Solutions, Inc. For Animal Science Products, Darrell has virtualized the servers at ASP to reduce hardware, energy requirements and implemented systems such as a cloud base phone system, warehouse barcode system and our ERP solution. This has helped increase efficiencies, reducing expenses within the company.
Culley Wilson manages the Packaged Goods Business for Animal Science Products and has served with ASP intermittently since 1991. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Culley earned a degree in Agricultural Economics, and his accomplishments include the development of the Atlantic Coast territory for ASP from Delaware to Florida. Culley's prior experiences in the animal nutrition industry included a sales management role with Schering-Plough Animal Health. For Animal Science Products, Culley is responsible for sales and marketing, management of domestic and international distributors, identifying and quantifying new distributors, and new product development.
